"Modern stylish property, but we cut short our stay because of inadequacies in comfort, service and overall efficiency of the hotel. For example: extra hard beds so guest had to try to sleep in chair, no in-room coffee or tea, digestive illness from dinner seafood pasta, tough filet mignon for other dinner, room safe did not work and was not fixed by staff, promised a la carte breakfast menu was refused by restaurant servers who insisted only 18 Euro buffet available (meaning $20 tea and toast for sick guest!). Finding the hotel was also difficult, even in daylight with two GPS navigation systems. Inadequate street signage in Antequera. This Parador presents itself as a high-class lodging with serious cuisine, but fell far short on both counts."
