“The room cleaning was good; however—despite our repeated reports—the sink remained clogged and the mattresses were extremely hard. When it came time to check out, we had to stand in line because there was absolutely no organization at the front desk regarding this process, with guests checking in and checking out all at the same time. Everything was also extremely expensive. My experience was not good at all.”
