"The property is okay . At first glance it looks great , but once you get in the ice machine’s didn’t work and I had to call the front desk multiple times with no luck because nobody answer. Once I went to front desk , the personal there mentioned that they usually answer the phone . The room was great for a family of four unfortunately the customer service is not of a four star hotel. "
