“ Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days celebrating a special birthday as a girls holiday and overall we were impressed, the facilities that we visited frequently (pool and bar!) were indeed 5* including being spoilt with some impressive live singing and dancers during the day. Victoria was absolutely amazing and could not have done enough for us, thank you Victoria. The al a carte restaurant was amazing and the staff were indeed 5*, as well as the cocktail & coffee making We couldn’t……

“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“2 bed apartment, very large, spotless, comfortable with all you need for self catering etc. The entire hotel was also spotless and very family friendly. Lots of bars serving food in the complex and nearby loads of options. Beach about 6 min walk. As a family we would definitely come back here. ”

“Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work”

“Das Hotel ist auf den ersten Blick etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein neuer Anstrich täte gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen, wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen, weil noch etwas besseres frei war. Dazu mussten wir früh morgens das Hotel verlassen (3:30Uhr) und haben eine gepackte Lunchtüte am Service abholen können. Toller Service , Danke Viktor 😆 Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig , toll eingerichtet. Leider nur mittelmässig sauber , die Ausgänge der Klimaanlage sahen nicht……

“We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility. Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. Arrived at 2pm but didn’t get a room until 5pm The hotel has everything you would want within its own and the……

“Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.”
