“One disappointment - The Portofino restaurant. The food looked pre-pared and was unacceprable...”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“Super hôtel mais sincèrement 2 choses à améliorer isolations des chambres car des les 7 h les chariots avec les femmes de ménages et ça fait un bruit horrible de plus les gens qui passent d devants les chambres à tout heure du coup vous dormez pas beaucoup Manques des installations des jeux et piscine enfants car pour le nombre de personne piscine et super petite pour les enfants avec les installations vétustes. Les repas super l’endroit aussi les personnes très adorables. ”

“Very clean and comfortable apartment. The hotel is in a quiet location and has a nice pool and well maintained gardens. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk down to the seafront but walking back is very steep. A taxi back costs about €5. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket in a nearby commercial centre but not much else locally in terms of entertainment. I couldn’t connect my devices to the hotel Wi-Fi. An engineer came to check and he could connect his Android device but my iPad and iPhone……

“super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel. ”

“Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel. Les points + : chambre très spacieuse et très jolie. Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). Malgré beaucoup de monde et d'enfants, il y a de la place et on peut se trouver des places au calme. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants,……

“Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. ”

“Top-Hotel mit Essensmöglichkeiten, Pool im 5 Stock mit Bar, Pool im unteren Bereich. Zimmer sehr sauber - danke an Marguerita; Service gegen Abend nochmals möglich=sehr zuvorkommend. Da wir früh am Morgen abreisten konnten wir Frühstück ins Zimmer oder Picknick wählen - das mitgenommene Picknick war erstklassig (nur einen Löffel für das Yoguhrt und Früchte mussten wir am Flughafen besorgen).”

“El alojamiento muy bien en general (limpieza y acceso), las instalaciones son buenas aunque el ascensor derecho sufre de roturas de vez en cuando pero por lo demás el hotel es un 10 de 10, lo recomiendo muchísimo.”
