“This is a very comfortable condo and in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need. Only thing I would note is that laundry requires payment and is located in building across from the unit. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Patrick is a great host. Simple instructions and good communication from booking all the way through the process. The unit was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of towels, etc. The upstairs (master) is open to the living area below so noise can travel. Wasn't an issue for us, but worth noting just in case. “The location worked perfectly for us. Walkable to every type of restaurant you would want. Lots of shopping within blocks. Groceries and household items, a 5 min drive. Centrally located to many golf courses. 30 min drive to Palm Springs. The condo was very nice and well maintained. User instructions were easily understood and all inclusive. ”
