“An awesome room, perfect for stagecoach”

“Property great! Cleanly, spacious, awesome accommodations! However, upon check-in front desk said stay was 4 days, not 2 and that credit card would have to stay on file. Upon letting property management team know, they said you could stay for 2 extra nights for free due to mix up. Therefore, left personal items and valuables in room to gather in afternoon while still leaving on 2nd day only to be called (in the middle of an event) to say that security would be entering and removing our items.……

“The listing for this property clearly stated that there would be 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed in the villa. The listing did disclaim that the actual villa may not match the photos in the listing, but it did not at any point disclose that the number of beds would differ from what was promised. Upon arrival, I found that the villa had 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds--both of which were non-standard size and smaller than a queen bed. I contacted the host immediately upon check-in to inform……

“Azade’s condo is beautifully appointed with all the creature comforts you could possibly need! I stayed with my two kiddos (5 and 7) along with a couple of friends. The twin trundle bed under the queen was the perfect setup for our family! Everything was comfortable, sheets were crisp, and pillows fluffy as can be. The pool was easy to access and a lot of fun. The kitchen was also very well equipped. I was able to cook two full meals, all the basics were already stocked (olive oil, spices, pans,……

“The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent.”
