“It was an adorable place, right downtown Ely. I would stay there again for sure!”

“Had a very nice stay! Room was clean and didn’t smell like anything at all 🙂 It had just what we needed for our few day stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. He even made some calls and switched some things around for us so we could add a night. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It was the best. I’ll never have better north woods biscuits and gravy. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries, ribs, chicken parm were also all so good. It was great.”

“They call themselves pet-friendly, but actually mean dog-friendly. We got to town in the middle of the night having already paid for my room and were turned away because one of my emotional support animals is a cat instead of a dog. Hotels need to stop claiming to be pet friendly when they only allow dogs. They are not even ESA-friendly - how do they call themselves pet-friendly?? The lady just stood there and said they have a strict no cat policy. She didn't offer to help us find another place……

“One of the better Super 8's around. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. No elevator to the second floor is an issue for seniors. Appreciated the reserved parking spot for veterans.”

“The property was great, very clean and convenient. The problem was communication. I could not open messages from the property andExpedia did not have me as having rented on my account. I had to spend an hour with VBRO chat to get the information I needed to sign in.”
