Parking wasn’t terrible, check in wasbso quick and painless! The rooms were clean and in the shape we figured they would be for an older Inn…not terrible but not great, but suited it’s purpose of a comfortable place to stay for one night.

We will Canoe on back again!

Great little hotel! Perfect location for exploring Ely on foot, and very clean room. Being dog-friendly was important too. We left a charging cord behind and Shauna mailed it to us! Super nice experience

Stayed in family suite. 2 rooms with to queens in each. The living room is big and the couch turns into a bed for two. You could easily add another air mattress. Kitchen had everything you need. Pots, pans, coffee and more

Nice place, fix heating in carpeted room

The family suite is an apartment above the check-in office. It is huge! It is very quaint and neat. We brought our dog and setup his kennel in the carpeted room that unfortunately didn’t have heating overnight. It didn’t help that temperatures dropped overnight…The rest of the apartment is very warm and cozy! Besides that, excellent place to stay in Ely!

Fantastic attention to issues.

We had a problem with the heat in the room. The owner quickly addressed this and gave us a new room. She even carried some of our bags to help us move. Rooms are a bit small, but expected. Overall, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommended.

The place was very nice and clean, but my room was very very tiny. It would be a okay room for one person but you would not want to put two people in their. Still it was a very friendly place and Shauna who I think is the owner was very helpful. Expedia screwed up my brothers reservation and I had to find him a place at another hotel and Shauna was a big help in accommodating our needs there. I would stay at the canoe on in again if I were by myself. Although I will say Shauna told me that they had much bigger rooms in their other building across the street.

Great location, walkable to everything. Very clean property. Helpful and pleasant staff. The owners dogs on site were a definite plus! Don’t worry, they’re not free range, they’re contained and available to love thru out your stay.
