Kim's Place is the best place that we have found in Everglades City. The villa is immaculate, charming, & comfortable. This is nonrefundable, and the property manager is unwilling to assist - even when the property is under repair after IAN the hurricane. The property sustained damage, drywall repair, water damage, and wind damage throughout. The hallways and hotel were under constant repair while we were there, machinery was loud and started prior to 6:45am EST and they were playing music loudly with little care. Please make sure……

“Overall this property is great. Clean, organized, spacious and great to have a pool. My only complaint would be that i feel like the property needs a gas grill for convenience. There is a charcoal grill but we arrived late our first night and were planning on throwing a few burgers on grill but there was no charcoal for the grill. We made it happen old school on a pan which was fine but just a bit more of a messy cleanup.”

“It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas.”
