Nice central location. Hôtel is a stately structure and is in places looking a little tired. A great choice of food for breakfast but you may find quite suitable options for less cost in the close neighbourhood. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.

There was an issue with the radiator in my room. Staff were very helpful they offered me a heater or to change room. I opted to change room and they moved my belongings for me whilst I was out. It was seamless. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick. Overall I enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of everyone. A very pleasant weekend despite storm Austin.

I had a comfortable night - despite facing the main road the double glazing kept the noise out (although as the weather was dreadful there were fewer drunken parties roaming the streets compared with a typical Saturday night). I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. My room was recently decorated though other parts of the hotel (such as the carpet on the main stair) could do with some attention.

Great location - very convenient for train station, and fantastic that dogs are allowed to stay, though no extras thrown in for them. No air conditioning though so room was very hot, even though an electric fan was provided.

The hotel is lovely and in an excellent central location. The room was good & bed comfy but even though there was a fan on the room it was still unbearably hot (this was not during the heatwave either).

Prima verblijf, centraal, tegenover het station. Overigens geen geluidsoverlast. Kamer was erg warm en moeilijk te koelen, wel stond er een ventilator. Bedden waren goed en badkamer was keurig.

We travelled down the last week in June, a treat from our parents. Lovely hotel . Only fault I found was they did not have many choices, if any for people with food intolerance so we ate our breakfast elsewhere. Other than that was a great base, right in the centre of town 👍
