“the toilet was broken entire stay and after reporting it, we never saw any staff again. doors locked to office with a sign and number. called the number for a voicemail and no return call. Last night we had no housekeeping and clean towels. No one to help us. Power went off for 2 1/2 hours in a very hot room. Cant get any help from Expedia at all, or the hotel. Bad service from both.”

“BED BUGS ROOM 603. If I could give zero stars I would! I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football camp on Saturday April 18th. The hotel was nice until I woke up to something biting my arm. We had to move rooms at around 1 am when my son should have been getting some restful sleep. This was very inconvenient and I felt like my skin was crawling the rest of the night. While being moved to another room I was told they were unable to give a refund or discount to me because I booked through……

“This was great. A bit hard to find because there was another property by same name nearby. So a tiny bit confusing.”

“Nice and clean hotel centrally located with easy access to KS 54-400. Would definitely stay in again.”

“This was clearly an older hotel that was poorly renovated. The hallways were not climate controlled very well! Once in the room u could crank up the ac unit and get your room comfortable. Room was clean, but lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom, taking a shower water liked to get past the poorly designed shower curtain making floor wet. Thus was starting to ruin the flooring in bathroom. We slept in till 10 so missed the breakfast, but found a wonderful spot down……
