“The seaport resort and marina was very nice. We did receive a room that was not cleaned but received a new room very quickly by the front desk. The layout I would say is a little quirky, no elevators and the building looks 2 stories high but we're in the 400 section. The room we stayed in was very nice and the kids loved the stay. The outdoor venue with food truck, lounge and bar area with live music overlooking the marina was beautiful. Kids had a blast dancing way past their bedtime. We would……

“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID……

“Not remotely as pictured. Had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach room. No elevator. No sofas, just 1 old chair. 2 low lumpy twin beds. No bedside tables or lamps. Really bad.”

“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”
