“We had originally booked 3 nights through Expedia. The room was ok except for the moldy chair with a cigarette burn hole. Also one of the closet doors were missing. The air conditioner was old, noisey and kept us up most of the night. The worst part was that I felt unsafe as there seemed to be drug users on the property. One gentleman was sitting on the curb in front of his room swinging his arms back and forth and after an hour the staff finally called 911. I was told that "most" of the people……

“Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”
