“The hotel advertised an indoor pool. The staff said was a sky light broken in ceiling. From the dining room you could not see a sky light broken. The reason I booked that hotel is for the pool. The staff would take any money off or not being able to use the pool. She told me the website did not have the pool on it. She would not look at my phone saying there was a pool. The two people (man and woman) at desk did not inform me upon checking in the pool was not in use. When I checked out there was……
