“Room condition is excellent and staff is friendly and helpful.”

“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“Not such near Taj Mahal, but can see the Taj Mahal just outside the window or at terrace. Breakfast is better than dinner bafful. Price is very nice to the accommendations they provide. Small Shereton, but also Shereton style.”

“The hotel was inviting. The buffets were pretty good, but the staff could be a bit more attentive/trained. Drinks for meals at the buffet often didn't arrive before the end of the meal. Water took a long time to get as well as coffee of any other drinks. Other than that, the coffee shop staff were always friendly and professional. The room had zero storage space for clothes except for a small closet to hand 3 or 4 items. No drawers at all, and very little space for luggage. The bathroom……

“整體的服務都不錯, 若天氣不會太糟, 可以走路去泰姬陵( 大概20-30分鐘) , 附近10分鐘路程內有麥當勞和電影院 , 再遠一點還有肯德基. 飯店非常清潔 , 床也很舒服. 完全不知怎麼去泰姬陵的飯店有提供一整個行程規畫 , 建議可以不用買含早餐的住宿 , 因為附近就有麥當勞. 可以再節省NT$800-$1,000的訂房附加早餐費用. 但這家飯店沒有免費wifi , 建議有需求一直上網的朋友要多考慮了.”

“An amazing experience. Real India!! We arrived very late as our train was delayed but the dude at reception sleeps on the chair just inside the door so after a gentle knock at the door we were in. Quick check in and up to our room(2am). Nothing too much trouble- it was cold when we arrived so after asking was given an extra blanket. Even though it was 2am when we got to the hotel the chat who let us in called me to the roof to see the Taj Mahal from the roof, so lovely and he was so proud to……
