“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“Property is in an incredible location. Only a ten minute walk to the Taj Mahal and only minutes to really nice cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, calm and professional. Checked us in early as we arrived before check in time. Roof top cafe is amazing offering fantastic choices at very good prices. Roof top has a view of the Taj Mahal and is a nice little spot to sit and unwind. Room was incredibly clean, well presented and the amenities were fantastic. It’s been the best shower……

“I booked this property for just a one-night stay. Upon arriving in the evening, I noticed that the AC was leaking water and reported it to the staff. They informed me that the issue had been fixed.
