“位置绝佳，出门步行200米就到了泰姬陵。酒店小小的，比较干净，早餐的种类少，顶楼的晚餐很不错，不过相对价格也比周边高很多，但是干净啊！酒店位置太好了，前台服务相对冷漠，懒散。”

“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. We had chicken biriani and the chicken was not cooked, the chef came to apology and provide us a special ice cream with seasonal fruit. it was a good surprise to us. There are so many stairs……

“Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Taj Mahal, welches wir am Morgen besichtigen wollten. Wir hatten die Taj Mahal View Suite gebucht, mit Balkon und Blick auf den oberen Part des Taj Mahal, welches aber nachts nicht angestrahlt ist und somit nach Sonnenuntergang nur als Silhouette sichtbar ist. Wer ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, liegt falsch und wie in Indien vielerorts üblich ist es durch das Hupen der Autos etc. Trotz Lage an einer kleinen Strasse relativ laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption……

“This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?”
