“It is the worst experience in my life and the staff is rude and not helpful. They downgraded us and pretended to upgrade us! We are totally four people and reserved a family villa, however, they offered us a two-people villa, which provide us one double bed and 2 sofa beds for four people. Suites are located in the center of firostefini, which is about 15 mins walk to Fira. Yet, there is no portering service from this suite, you have to take your luggages on your own.
