"Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing. "

"This property was amazing and the transition from in and out was as easy as it gets. Would highly recommend for those who have large parties!Michael was an amazing host and made sure that all of our needs were met!"

"New. Decent. The two women at the front desk stood there while I struggled to get my bike and my bags out the door no one offered to open the door and hold it for me or anything while I struggled and banged and awkwardly tried to get out the front"

"Host was very communicative, had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets, trash bags, and sleeping pads. We would come here again for sure!"

"This house is a dream. Plenty of room for our group of 33. It’s HUGE! The kids loved the play area in the basement and the guys enjoyed watching football in the theater. We were able to get groceries on our way in and we cooked at least one meal everyday. Everything you need is there. The view can not be beat. It’s breathtaking. This was our first time to Bear Lake and we hope we can return one day. We enjoyed the small community and family owned restaurants. We did have trouble controlling the temp in the house but it is a large space. Also, the dryer on the main floor did not work but we notified the owner. He was extremely nice and even accommodated a late check out. "

"This is one amazingly beautiful home. It is very spacious and the kitchen amenities were great! We absolutely love the idea of each room having its own key padlock. Brilliant idea! The neighborhood seem to be good and there was amazing parking space for larger families. However, this home lacked completely in cleanliness. There was also a security camera that was found in the home however, after addressing this with the host, we have been told the camera was not working. If you have a little kids, they will definitely enjoy the playground area. However, we do recommend adult supervision. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the theater room space which was great!
