“Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. “Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! ”
