On the ground floor, you will find a cozy bedroom with a fan and easy access to a guest bathroom and guest bathroom, while the upper floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms for perfect nights of rest, including a suite with a bathtub for moments of relaxation.
The highlight of the house is the leisure area. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV (pay-per-view), integrated with the barbecue, creates a perfect environment for relaxed conversations or moments of relaxation watching a good movie.
