“We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers……

“Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).”

“The floors in the bathroom that I stay was absolutely dirty, was sticky in the floor and they put me in the room that was under the game room. It was so noisy and they say that was normal after I complain a lot they offered to transfer me to another room I found that so disrespectful that they put me in that room knowing that it’s very loud. I can’t believe they do that to people”
