"The front desk staff, especially Lorraine are always outstanding. They always accommodate us in the public seating areas and around the fire ring in the evenings and this is always my go to for my annual trip to Saint Clairsville – you can't go wrong staying at this place."

"Nothing really."

"This is our go to place to stay anytime we’re passing through. It could use some updates but overall it’s clean, beds/pillows are comfy, staff is always friendly."

"Would stay again"

"Very clean and friendly staff. Excellent hotel. All thr amenities were great."

"Would stay again when ever in town."

"Worst hotel I've ever been to!!! Stayed less than 10 mins and check out. The lobby smelled like cat urine. Everything was blocked off with caution tape. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. Cobwebs throughout the room and the shower was very loud and leaked. It looked like a dump site out our rooms window. Would rather stayed in my car than place. Luckily we were able to book a room at a different hotel."

"Clean room and the bed and pillows were top notch!"
