The host of the property was very polite and courteous. Communicated well up until the day of arrival to make sure you're welcomed. The area and overall values exceeded most corporate opportunities for a short stay. Privacy was also enjoyed. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful two‑night stay in this tastefully designed, modern, and well‑equipped loft apartment. Everything we needed was readily available, and the quality of the furnishings and décor exceeded what we’ve seen in similar rentals - especially the beautifully restored original timber flooring upstairs, which added real character. The location is excellent, just steps from N High Street’s breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops. Because it’s so central, parking required a bit of flexibility, but the owners provided clear guidance on which designated parking options were included in the rental, so it ultimately wasn’t an issue. Overall, the atmosphere and thoughtful design of the space made our visit to the area especially enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again — though we’d appreciate an 11 a.m. checkout instead of 10 a.m. next time.

Some confusion on my end with paying the deposit, as I thought I was paying for my room a second time, but the host was quick to clear it up. Another pleasant stay at this clean and quiet property.

Very crowded/confusing front entrance with multiple cars already parked 2 deep on both sides. and multiple people standing outside waiting for valet and trying to get their cars. Very little space to get to curb to unload. Valet nice but somewhat pushy. We were told we couldn’t use a luggage cart on our own. Parking is very inconvenient in a garage around 2 blocks. We tried to park ourselves but after two trips around the block , couldn’t find a sign which parking garage was theirs. we were unable to access our vehicle ourselves in the garage without using valet, which made us rely on public transportation to get around. Had no idea where they parked ourselves car. Very bazaar!! Challenging to say the least for elderly people. Had to tip valet !! Then Chinese man who was very nice but insisted on getting luggage out of vehicles, on cart , in a hurry then whisked away our personal items without us going to room with him. We still had to wait in line to check in. The whole process was confusing and felt very pushy. Room is worn and could use updates. Had trouble with safe getting jammed and had to go through several people to get it fixed. This was a nightmare. We had a time frame to get somewhere. No where to put our valuables. After maybe 2 hours delay they figured out how to reset it. Then sliding door on bathroom did not slide well. It got stuck and my husband had to muscle it to get it open. Reported when we left. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Signage needed
