"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information. The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from other rooms — more like student halls of residence than an apartment complex. Overall, not as advertised and not suitable if you need reliable internet."
