"The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible."

"The apartments were nice and clean and functional. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. I had requested a room on a high floor to get away from the noise of the street but was only given the third floor which was disappointing but it was ok. "

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. "Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "Clean and comfortable but the extractor fan wasn’t working on arrival. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice. Only small espresso coffee cups in the apartment so it could do with some mugs for English hot tea. "
