“Everything was amazing about our experience here. The only things we noticed was under the Shampoo Bottles were dirty. There was some scissors that had food on them put back in the cabinet. The Tea pot on the stove still had water in it. Other than those things which wasn't an issue to us and easy to clean!”

“Large spacious apartment with very nice kitchen. Easy check in and clean with nice bedding and towels. Downside was very weak internet which made streaming on tvs next to impossible. ”

“Host was very responsive! Loved the loft room and the jacuzzi tub! The place was beautiful but older. Had some issues with the plumbing leaking, needs updated. Very dark getting in after sunset, you have to walk around to the back and not much light. They don't allow use of the laundry facilities unless you pay extra and then limited to 2 loads of laundry. I feel like that should have been stated on the site, not found out the day before checkin.”

“Awesome place to stay while in St. Joe. Right in the heart of the historic party of St. Joe. Very Convenient. Very comfortable. It added to our St Joe experience. I highly recommend staying here.”

“The day before we were to arrive we had still not received instructions on how to get in.After emailing the host withno response. We finally called her and got an answer. She didnt even know it had been booked. After co firmatikn we finally got instructions for a key.Upon arrival it looked like a cute little old cottage. Once we entered we started noticing a decline quickly. The main ceiling/light combo in the living room did not work. We even switched with a working bulb but the fan and light……

“Air Condition didn't work and stayed at 82-84 degrees entire stay. Trash on back balcony not removed from previous unknown amount of people staying there. Refund asked for in part (25) but not given despite owner saying he'd review with team. Hopefully fixes are made and someone better manages the property, because the person of contact has hired help that is letting things go unfixed.”
