“Property was ok...but got hit witha pet charge of $65 that was mentioned NOWHERE when we reserved on Expedia. They did let us stay an extra hour or so as our car was being repaired..but we more than paid for that hour apparently.”

“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows……

“The whole hotel has a very strong, cheap scent. It’s very overwhelming. Staff was not present at the desk at check in or check out, we had to ring a bell and wait for them to come. During check out we rang the bell and were addressed by someone through a ring camera behind the desk who essentially just shouted check-out instructions at us. This building needs a serious renovation, it’s outdated by 40years minimum — The reason for my score is based on our bed having an obviously dirty pillow……

“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”
