Stoneybrook - Second Floor Condo overlooking the Green

Our 2 bed + den / 2 bath second floor condo, located right on the golf course in the gated golf community of Stoneybrook, is the perfect destination for those looking to enjoy the best of Estero’s shopping and dining, relax with a round of golf, or lounge at the community pool. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

Recent upgrades to the unit include fully remodeled countertops and cabinetry in the kitchen, and fully redone master bathroom shower/vanity. The screened in balcony overlooks the 11th and 12th tee box and greens. The unit is just steps from the Pinecrest subdivision pool and walking distance from the Stoneybrook clubhouse and main pool.

WIFI included. Cable & streaming available in the living, cable in the master and guest bedrooms. One assigned carport parking spot. Beach chairs and umbrella available.

Stoneybrook is a gated golf community in Estero, Florida. The magnificent 18-hole public golf course has challenging par 72 and was created by known architects Jed Azinger and Gordon Lewis. Stoneybrook golf course offers 7 sets of tees and is one of 200 courses nationwide certified as “Beginner Friendly” by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

At Stoneybrook, you can vacation on the golf course! The Stoneybrook amenities include a Clubhouse, Community pool, Fitness Center, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce, soccer and baseball field, volleyball, BBQ - Picnic Area and many bike and jog paths. Situated just off Corkscrew Rd, so easy access to great shopping and dining – only a 2 minute drive to Miromar Outlets! Close to the library, medical centers, and the beautiful beaches of Barefoot and Bonita Beach!

* 30 day minimum stay. February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous timeframe has been rented.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for Stoneybrook/Pinecrest I are: $50 subdivision application fee, and online for Stoneybrook: $100.00 Application fee, $20.00 service fee, $40.00 PP Background check, $100.00 Amenities transfer fee
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Amazing stay, terrific condo

This condo and neighborhood were great! Clean, spacious condo with great features and necessities. Beautiful neighborhood with a nice pool. And a nice area of SW Florida near shops and beaches.
