“The Cooper was perfect for our needs. Loved that the main living area was all on one floor as my husband has walking difficulties. Having a laundry was terrific as was the immaculate stove and refrigerator. The location was great...easy to get around. All the folks we needed to see in different directions were about 20 minutes away. ”

“Our stay was fantastic! The place is so cute and it has a fenced in backyard, which was key for us as we travelled with our pups. The location is incredible, a half mile walk to the falls. Lots of local restaurants around, a grocery store, and a liquor store. Easy to catch the light rail/bus, less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there’s a parking space around back. Easy access to freeways to get in and out of Minneapolis, St. Paul, uptown, etc. Our host was so nice and……

“House was very clean and cozy. Plenty of options for sleeping. It was nice having a trundle bed in with another bed so my younger kids could be with us in the same room and not be scared. If your not use to large cities or urban areas the neighborhood could see a little rough but we felt completely safe and it was extremely quiet. Thanks so much for letting us stay! ”

“A beautiful property that had everything we needed. The property was spotless when we arrived and check in was seemless. Location was perfect for us as we were taking out daughter to University of St Thomas and it was also close to local amenities which was great. Bigger stores like Target and Walmart were also only a short drive away. Would highly recommend the short 10 mins walk to Rose Pattiserie and Neighbourhood cafe for breakfast, you won't be disappointed. All in all a wonderful week and……

We used the dining room for professional hair and makeup for 4 women including the groom’s mother staying at another location.
