“The good: Place looks exactly as described, the deck is quite roomy and nice, very relaxing, host was very responsive. First block off the main strip downtown, so it was a very short walk to the hustle and bustle. Single A/C unit was enough to get the 85 degree outside weather down to a nice and cool temp for sleeping. The rooftop area is also cute and quaint. The bad: the trains will run every 2 hours at night and blast their horn each time. This is clarified at the bottom of the rental……

Host sent a canva presentation with clear pictures but still confusing. Parking lot is one way in and one way out so it is tricky turning car around. Apartment had horrible animal smell and musty.
