“The accommodation is clean and the service is friendly. I will choose to come back next time.”

“Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days……

“Disappointed in breakfast. Other than eggs and sausage, there was no protein option. Yogurt and fruit would have been nice, even if just a banana or apple. Front desk staff acted as if we were disturbing them. Overall unimpressed with the facility.”

“I was checking before time so they let me into a room but I’ve realized that I made a mistake while selecting a room, so I was looking thru the app if I was allowed to change the room without no extra fee and it was free, but when I went to the receptionist I ended up have to pay extra fee to change the room.”

“I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean.”
