“The staff were completely rude, starting at check-in. I walked up to the lobby desk, there was no smile, no greeting, no thank you for being here. I received a short, "photo ID" demand. My first request to fix my safe were ignored and after I requested again, I was told they would get to me when they would have time. We ordered at the on-site restaurant, the Dragonfly, the waitress got our order wrong, no apology, just rolled her eyes in irritation. My husband was literally yelled at by a……

“We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Portofino. This find was beautiful and the Gulf view at sunrise was amazing. Food and drinks at the resort were great and the messages at the spa were amazing! ”

“Our family of 6 had a great stay at this location. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The view from the balcony is wonderful - right on the beach. The property pools are great too. Our only complaint was the comfort of the beds and especially the pillows. The beds sit on box springs that are a little creaky and the pillows are very thin. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.”
