“Room was clean but beds were not as comfy as I would have liked. There was no view of the ocean breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff on the other hand were all FANTASTIC. I would rent again due to staff friendliness and proximity to the beach”

“O check-in é muito tarde (15hs), cheguei meia hora mais cedo, a recepcionista foi rispida ao informar o horário do check-in. Quarto não tem frigobar, no corredor existe uma geladeira comunitária, porem estava tão cheia de coisas estragadas de hóspedes que foram embora e largaram lá, que nao consegui por nem 4 garrafas de agua. . Os travesseiros eram muito finos, precisei pedir mais um pra ficar pelo menos com mínimo de conforto, o hotel estava completamente vazio, e ainda assim ouvi da……

“We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers……

“A little black mold but they took care of. Also the hot tub does not get hot, only cold jetted tub, even though it says they have a hot tub. This might be lost in translation since they call a hot tub a banheira de hidromassagem, which doesn't have the word hot (quiente) in it. Instead they do have a heated (warm) pool. Rest of the property is great, restaurant is great, breakfast is great, and staff is great.”
