“The guest home was very cute, the backyard was fenced in and private. When you arrive don't be alarmed that you are at someones home, you honestly would hardly know it once you enter the backyard as it is a separate building with its own entrance and yard. It slept 3 adults and a baby perfectly. The kitchen was adorable and had all the tools you would need to cook. A pack and play was provided, there was a queen bed and the chair pulled out into a twin bed. We did not have our dogs but the set……

“The condo was very cozy with pleasant decor throughout. The computer monitor in the bedroom is a very thoughtful addition to connect a laptop. The full kitchen is great. The common area outside the front door has very nice southwestern landscaping with tables available. I absolutely appreciated the quick responses to my questions. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Stay was good except for an misunderstanding about departure, we had to leave immediately with two-hour notice., very difficult when your nearly 80 years old, would not rent again..”

“The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.”

“We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us.”

“It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. ”

“Easy check in process. Comfortable room. Nice kitchen and living room. No fan in bathroom and theres no way to get fresh air. The only problem was the tub facet was not working for a taking a bath but shower only. I rented the room for a tub but didnt get to have a bath. ”
