“Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ……

“IFQ was okay. The service was good just very inconvenient due to phones being down. Each time we needed something we had to go down to reception area. The room light system was confusing. It would be nice to have some instructions since nothing was labeled. Overall this is a good place to stay.”

“I was staying for my work at visa seeker shuttle service. It was only 10 minutes away by car. Services were exactly as advertised. I wish they could add complimentary water on check-in. ”

“The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room.……
