“The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. A nice ride and time saving (also saved the 20 minute walk to the nearest station with luggage). Bike rental is available for €15 but not many number of bikes. The staff is friendly and nice. Air conditioning cost an extra €10, didn’t know. I don’t appreciate that. The tap water tastes strangely (my opinion). But can buy water from a nearby supermarket. The tv resolution is quite below standard in this century.”

“During my staying period in hotel, there was a fire alarm and hotel requested all residents to evcate, when we gether in front of hotel, no staff notify us the sitaution, whether it s fault or actual incident. No one inform us when we can return our room. When the resident feel safe, they decide to return the hotel. Under such situation, hotel staff should inform customers the updated situation in stead of let them alone. ”

“Though the location can be reached by train, it is still a little bit far away from downtown. And Zaandam is not covered by Metro.”

“I book this hotel because of the pool . It's good to swim in the winter in a in-house pool . And price is good for winter . When I closed the window there is a strange sound because the wind fm the sea . So must need to open a little bit window . It's fine for me . Just one thing I don't like is the washroom , it is separate with bathroom and not washing facilities. ”

“We loved having our own little place for three weeks while visiting family & site seeing!! It was clean & perfect for us! The whole Euro Parc was beautiful & well kept too. The Italian restaurant Sophia's was a great place to have dinner. Highly recommend this place to anyone. We are from Nevada, USA and definitely will be back!”

“We have one recommendation and that is to have the windows in the room open maybe not completely but enough to air the room but apart from that our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful check in was so easy with the self check, rooms clean and the location was great with everything you need within a15 minute walk. Definitely recommend anyone to stay and will stay again if visiting Zaandam”

“The hotel is new and clean. I love the modern design with features of Netherlands. The staff are also helpful and passionate. The hotel is close to the airport (10-30 mins by train). However, I find it a bit challenging to get from the hotel to the city center amid the cold rainy weather, especially with my kid. From the Sloterjsk station, it will take 30-45 mins to get to tourist spots like Van Gogh Museum / National Museum. As a result, you cannot go back to the hotel and take a short break……
