“Nice hotel ”

“Het hoofd gebouw ziet er van buiten mooi uit. Van binnen is het gedateerd. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt verzorgd. Staat van kamer gedateerd met onderhoud achterstand. ”

The hotel is located really close to the long sandy beach and about a 20 minute walk from the train station. One evening I had a meal in the bar / restaurant, entrecote steak with fries and vegetables, which was very good. My room was fine but not brilliant. “Leuk hotel met schone kamers en prima ontbijt. Lekkere bedden. Terras aan het water. De kamer is wel wat klein maar we waren toch de hele dag aan het fietsen dus dat was geen probleem.”

“Clean, spacious room in a historic building. Underground car park nearby and in the heart of a shopping area with great restaurants choices too. Perfect shopping location! And only a 20 min drive into Amsterdam airport, which makes this a great location for a flight option. Hotel staff are fantastic, and Luisa was incredible making check-in both easy and informative, including history of the building. Unfortunately no air conditioning (yet).”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“A very basic, no frills room, but worked great for me. The shower sometimes made a weird burbling noise (I think when someone else in the building was taking a shower?), and when it was hot outside the room got very hot (a small fan would go a long ways, there was no breeze from the window even when it cooled off outside), and the construction noises from the floor below started early. Carpet was old and worn, with a bleached out spot on it, but was otherwise clean. Continental breakfast was……

“Ik vind Fletcher altijd redelijk basic. Er staat vaak dat dit viersterren hotels zijn, dat is niet mijn ervaring. Het is meer 3; en dat geldt ook voor het aangeboden ontbijt. Niet erg uitgebreid, eieren vaak teleurstellend, maar er is voldoende aanbod. Vers fruit zou wel een fijne toevoeging zijn. Het raam op mijn kamer stond open bij aankomst. Leuk, want koeler, maar er vloog ook een mug. Ik geef direct toe: beetje een zeurpunt, maar ik slaap gewoon niet als er een mug zoemt. Gewoon oke voor……
