And yes, you have to climb up and down, but it’s a great workout, plus you get to admire all the old doors in the building and marvel the staircase that folks have been using for several centuries. “Just a great place to stay”

“Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going.”
