“The property is well kept and located right off 49. We stayed 3 nights to visit U of Ark which was about 30 mins drive. The condo was well supplied with your every day needs of home. Will definitely be back!”

“The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly. ”

“This place is so perfect for experiencing everything Fayetteville. It’s absolutely perfect location has amazing views and walking distance to everything downtown or campus. The beds were very comfortable and plenty room for our crew to hangout together. Highly recommend!”
