“The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The room was fine, except that apparently, a previous guest has thrown up in the bathroom sink, and the vomit odor was still there when we were there.”

“The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel……

“Good location, friendly owners, comfy beds, very clean room ( a little small). Walk to Thai and Irish restaurants. Plenty of parking.”

“I stayed in the Standard Room and it is very small. The bed nearly touches the wall. No sitting area in the room. But the amenities and sink/shower are all nice and remodeled. Overall a comfortable room but maybe not for two people.”

“The hotel is being renovated so it has a dirty feel. The breakfast is minimal and if you have food allergies like me it doesn't meet my needs. Hopefully once renovated it would be a place I'd consider staying at.”

“Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner……

“The pictures don’t do this property justice! The view from the deck is incredible! This was the perfect place to stay close to downtown but far enough away to feel like you’re in the boonies. It was perfectly quiet in the cabin aside from the soothing thunderstorm we got our last night! We even had little fox and tortoise friends join the fun right off the deck one morning. The light switch for the main overhead lights is in the shower room! Our only concern was that the little aircon doesn’t……

“The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs.”

“The person managing this property was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the floors were vacuumed even in spots you wouldn't think to look. (I accidentally dropped something behind the bedside table and could tell the floor had been vacuumed recently) the mattress was clean, covered and well maintained. Windows in the buildings were recently replaced and our room stayed cool through the hot summer days. We didnt use the pool so i cant comment on that. The only thing that I……
