“The facilities, services, and views at Kastara are amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and ate on our patio multiple times. They give great massages at their spa. The food at the two restaurants was delicious. There are other restaurants within a ten minute drive. There were a couple things I didn’t like. First, they don’t allow Grab drivers (or any online taxi) to pick you up at the resort. They provide their own local drivers but they are more than double the price. Second, we……

“We have a pleasant stay at Honshinoya Bali. It’s a very beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. We stay in the villa Jalak. It has the best location to watch the resort, and the trees. “The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly.
