“Cozy place near New River Gorge National Park. Everything you need is provided and very good communication with owner. Very close to lots of activities and restaurants. It is on the highway, so you will hear traffic, but the box fan provided in the bedroom created white noise to drown it out. Overall, excellent value for the area.”

“The property was very nice and well kept. It was clean and the host was very responsive to emails and the process to check in and out was very easy. Only complaint was the proximity to the highway. At night it was fine, but during the day it was pretty loud with traffic. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but overall a great spot!”

“1st Off Makenzie was great to work with, always quick to respond to questions. Cabin was clean and it is on route 60. A little hard to spot while going down the road. Try to get there before it’s dark and unpack hard to see from car to cabin door. Definitely would stay again, good location. ”

“We visited New River Gorge for my son's senior trip. He loves to fish so we wanted to stay close to the water. This home was perfect! The river was just across the road with easy access. The house was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 night stay. The host was wonderful and quickly responded to my questions. We loved our time on the New River!”

“The space may be little, but it has everything you need and more. If you’re someone who likes hanging out outside anyways, as I imagine most people coming to the area are, this is a perfect spot. Super clean inside the trailer and fully stocked with any creature comforts you might need, beautiful well maintained yard/outdoor space to hang out in. Neighbors are all super friendly, their dogs are off leash but are all very well behaved and stay in their own yards. I can imagine it being a cozy……

“What a lovely cabin! We were so comfortable here. Very close to at least one of the entrances to NRG National Park, and very close to the bridge. So quiet at night. This is a definite A+!”
