The owners being nice was the best thing !
Most owners around here are very rude but not these people
Great pricing for a better than acceptable quality room.

“Check-in was easy, the caretaker was right there to hand over the key, and gave us a brief history of the plantation, which has been around since the 1820s!
The air conditioning worked very well and that's a blessing since we visited in August.
Husband and I explored and walked the property more than once, trying to imagine it in its different eras.
My only issue was the breakfast sandwich in the freezer, which was a solid block of ice. Maybe, put the sandwiches in the freezer the day before……

“The landscape was neat and clean.
The room was a double with just the basic necessities for a one-night stay. When I walked into the room it had just been cleaned and had the most pleasant smell.
It was also very quiet in the building; not a lot of door slamming or noisy people.
The bed was clean and mattress comfortable.
Suitable for a quick trip in and out!!!
Hotel staff and workers were pleasant and friendly.”

“Family move to another room. Toilet in 404 constantly running.
However room 306 was perfect.
I went to move my stuff from 404 and fix the toilet flapper so ur water bill wouldn’t be high because no maintenance personnel was available to stop water from running all night”
