“Regarding the 4BR Close to St Charles Avenue:The condo was very clean throughout. Street parking was always available in front of the building and safe. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. It is an easy walk to St. Charles Ave to catch the trolley or other public transportation, restaurants, and Walgreens for basic needs. There is a coffee stand next door only open on weekends or a few others within walking distance.The back bedrooms are very noisy at night from the stairwell and...

“Lake Charles is my hometown. We were in town for a family wedding and opted for a rental rather than a hotel for comfort and privacy. This townhome is located downtown close to restaurants and nightlife. It offers privacy and a 2 car carport. We were thrilled to be able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. There is a view of the lake from both the front and back doors. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip home. ”

“The first night we stayed there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which of course was annoying. But our biggest surprise came the next day when we discovered a very large cockroach on the ceiling in the living room. This left us feeling our food was vulnerable and we put everything in the refrigerator. We paid far too much money to deal with these issues.”

He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 ”

“Fantastic location, literally steps from Magazine. Clean, comfy, quiet - a little noise from street/bar but not too much. So many great shops, cafes, rest. Recommend Crack'd (for a brunch splurge), hiVolt for coffee, Half Moon for beer & food”
