“The staff was helpful and friendly. The sheets in the first room were wet. The shower hot water knob was broken. When they gave us a second room it was downgraded to a smaller one. It smelled like paint. Both rooms were very dark. Both bathrooms really need to be updated. Even though the rooms need updating tte place was clean and convenient location to the opera. We would not stay here here again.”

“This hotel continues to serve a predictable, comfortable purpose when we drive north…..good place to sleep and very convenient. Very good value and although it will not be mistaken for a Ritz Carleton it works fine!”

“Pueblo Bonito has an authentic vintage southwest decor and vibe …nicely decorated and comfortable. There are several outdoor areas on the property to enjoy alfresco coffee and/or other snacks. The indoor lobby and lounge area also very comfortable with a fun decor …books and games available. Coffee and a nice mix of teas and light snacks in the morning and during the day. Very walkable only 10 minute walk to central plaza or the railroad district in the opposite direction…the State Capitol……
