“Location is good, room is clean, service is great. No lake view from our room. No AC and it can get hot at night. Need self check in at night.”

“I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from……

“Absolute Nightmare: Left Stranded on the Street and Scammed As someone who travels extensively, I can confidently say this was the absolute worst hospitality experience of my life. My colleague and I traveled from abroad and booked two rooms. A significant flight delay pushed our arrival late into the night. When we arrived, exhausted after a grueling day, the hotel was completely locked up. We discovered their absolute latest check-in time is 21:30—a crucial detail that was incredibly obscure……

“Very pretty and relax Hotel counter people is very helpful and nice”

“We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.”

“Great value”

“Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains.”

“Unkompliziert und für eine Übergangsnacht völlig ausreichend.”

“Great hotel. Highly recommended”
