“Room was a nice two bedroom suite, we had booked a single bedroom suite but by arrival were upgraded. One room had a king size bed with private bathroom while the other room was a pair of twin beds with a bathroom off of the main room of the suite. There was a full, if small, kitchen, compact/stacked washer and dryer, dinner table with seating for 6, and a setting or living room area with a pair of chairs and a couch that was also a pull-out bed. Room was very spacious and included a wooden……

“We felt the sheets and coverlet on the bed did not fit the bed correctly they were too short and too small. You couldn't cover up your shoulders only Midway to your chest. We had to get a blanket out of the closet to cover us.”

“Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. During our stay, the entry way shows signs of water……

“Had such a nice time I booked it again on my way back from visiting family. Had a great experience upon check-in, staff was friendly and helpful. However, the woman that works mornings/noon check out was just offensive. I had arranged for a later check out because our flight was later in the day and was told noon when we checked in. I was downstairs the next morning, the woman at the desk called my children and told them "they needed to leave the hotel". When I returned to the room and called……

“The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. I did that myself,as the cob webs wete ridiculous. This will not kerp me from coming back,but needs to be addressed and units checked out more often for what they clean.”

“The staff was great! They were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When we got there we did not get the room with the balcony that we booked. I let the desk know and they put us in the correct room right away. The room was much bigger. The only problem was the light in the bathroom didn’t work. We were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t worth trying to move again, just kind of inconvenient. Also the outside pool was closed and the hot tub was out of order. But the inside pool was nice and clean……
