“We stayed for 2 days. There were some issues. The location was good. The parking was good. The room was clean but the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. The air conditioner was loud and due to the heat it had to be on. The water pressure in the shower was good but the sink water pressure was low. The front desk staff were kind and the hotel housekeeper was friendly. We woul probably give it a try again.”

“Brrakfast was fresh, but there could be more of a variety of fresh fruit, types of meat like turkey, and vegan milk like almond milk.”

“The lobby and room were fabulous, wanted a balcony for fresh air and that was nice too, with chairs and a small table. The property is huge, outside seems like it could use some freshening up but inside was updated and lovely.”

“Really liked the room configuration which we need to accommodate my husband, my granddaughter and grandson. There was a keurig coffeemaker in the room but no pods. I asked at the front desk and was given several packets of the coffee pouches used in the usual hotel coffeemakers. I questioned him but was told that was all they had. Waited until 5:55 and went downstairs to find the night clerk asleep on a couch and no breakfast even started. ( which was supposed yo be available at 6) finally……

“The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.”

“We checked in about 5pm and had the best service!! The kids were able to take advantage of the pool for about a hour before we went to grab dinner. Night shift staff 3-11 was very very helpful and accommodated all of our needs! We will be back next trip around!! Thank you for being so kind”

“Very clean and great staff pool was fun for kids especially the slide. 10 minute drive to bush gardens and water country.. already planning next years stay”

“The room had a musty smell. We had to ask to switch rooms. We switched, and the smell was even worse in that room. We got air freshener from the front desk. Everything just seemed old. Pool was dirty and very small. The hotel is in good distance to Busch gardens and water country. Very close to colonial Williamsburg. The place kind of skeeved me. I would not stay again”
