"Anatolian houses is a fantastic hotel with great amenities and superb aesthetics! This hotel offers great viewing points for balloon watching and is overlooking the whole town. Staff were very accomodationg and helpful. My request to have a cave room with more windows was granted because of my medical issues. Room was also cool even if its hot outside and doesnt really require AC, the fan that was provided was enough."

"We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived and it was beautiful! The hotel organized a group shuttle for us from the airport which made it very easy. Amazing view of the balloons (people from other hotels kept coming over to ours to take photos). "

"I’ve stayed at Kelebek 3 times and it’s my favorite! I love that when you stay here you also get access to the pools (indoor, outdoor heated, etc.) at their several other sister properties which are a 5 minute walk. I also love the rooftop spaces for tea, wine, and snacks! The hospitality is wonderful. We had staff come to our room to start a chimney fire on one of the chilly evenings! Blankets are also available for chilly nights on the rooftops! Also, the kitties, obviously. Short walk (although huffing and puffing a little lol) to the city center. Also love to hear the early morning call to prayer! "

"The staff were great. When we checked in, they told us all the balloon rides for the next day in Goreme were cancelled. They got us onto one in the southern area. It turned out to be the only balloons that went anywhere the entire time we were Cappadocia. We appreciate our host so much for that!"

The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm. Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather. A truly unforgettable stay. "
