"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goreme. The location is perfect—right in the heart of town and very convenient for shopping and exploring the local area. My room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great space to relax. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop terrace. The view is incredible, making it the perfect spot for taking photos, especially with the balloons in the morning. Speaking of mornings, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my trip to Cappadocia so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！"

"The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. "
